As Shiny Hippie, my mission is building a healing community locally and live on Periscope/Twitter/Facebook with over 500 live, interactive broadcast episodes (Periscope.tv/ShinyHippie) promoting hope, healing, and self-care.
• Solely responsible for all programming and content creation, including resources, set/location, camera set up, coordinating playlists, developing “lesson” plan/curriculum, preparing and using print assets to support live delivery & interaction, as well as driving conversation and creating community
• Creating special events & campaigns for fundraising, holidays, etc.
• Developing Shiny Hippie brand as demonstrated on multiple social media platforms as @shinyhippie (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/Periscope, etc.), including regular posts (graphic design, photography, content, writing) for each platform, as well as special themes/events/promotions
• Creating and administering a private Facebook Group to coordinate with online broadcasts and branding to increase community and visibility, as well as offer resources
• Growing Shiny Hippie followers to over 12,000 people from around the globe, with twice weekly broadcasts ranging from 1400-34,000 viewers each, incl. the latest generating over 34,000 views in under two hours
• Earning VIP Gold level broadcaster status with Periscope.tv, featured by Periscope 7 times (and counting)
